English Mojito

  • 1.5 oz Nippitaty Gin

  • 1 oz simple syrup 

  • 1/2 lime

  • 7-10 mint leaves 

  • Club soda

Muddle your mint, gin, lime, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.  Add ice to the cocktail shaker, cover and give it vigorous shake until chilled.  Strain into glass over ice. Top with club soda, and serve!  Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.

Greyhound

  • 6 leaves fresh basil + extra for garnish

  • ¼ teaspoon sugar

  • Ice

  • 3 oz Nippitaty Gin

  • 6 oz grapefruit juice

Place basil in a highball glass. Add sugar and gently muddle (if your grapefruit juice has sugar added, muddle with a splash of juice instead). Add ice, then top with Nippitaty Gin and grapefruit juice and stir. Garnish with fresh basil.

Gin Martini

  • 2 1⁄4 oz Nippitaty Gin

  • 3⁄4 oz Dry Vermouth

  • 1 dash Orange bitters

  • Garnish: 1 Lemon twist

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
